The SNA Series SCS-RG is an access floor system that has been designed for general office areas including commercial complexes, banks, libraries and learning institutions where the space is occupied by workstations and office equipment.

System Applications:

The SCS 3.0-RG system incorporates a screw hole in each corner of the panel, which allows the panels to be individually screwed into the pedestal heads providing greater rigidity along with easier and faster access. The SCS 3.0-RG System features the ASP WG6 Stringer, which is screw fixed onto the pedestal head. The top of the stringer comprises of 3mm thick sponge rubber foam providing a buffer in between the stringer and panels.

The panel size is 600 x 600mm.

Installation Overview

The raised access floor installation will consist of 30mm thick, 600 x 600mm steel wrapped calcium sulphate panels supported by a steel understructure which unite to form an extremely stable surface and maintain this stability even when panels are removed for servicing purposes. The stringered under-structure is secured onto the existing slab by using either pedestal adhesive, or being pinned or bolted. The WG6 stringers are screw fixed onto the pedestal heads, forming a rigid grid understructure, where the panels can be either gravity laid or screw fixed.

1. Pedestal Head And Gasket 

90 x 90mm steel flat head pedestal design to provide a solid base for panel, positioned as perimeter pedestals.

2. Steel Thread

18mm x 110mm steel thread rod that can be used in conjunction with a threaded pedestal tube to get the maximum possible adjustment for a low profile system. Height ranges 110-180mm. 

3. Locking Nut

Nut has an inbuilt vibration proof locking device, to ensure that once locked the pedestal height is static.

4. Threaded Pedestal Tube

Threaded pedestal tube to be used in conjunction with the steel thread rod to have a max height of 180mm.

5. Pedestal Base

100 x 100mm pedestal base that provides a solid weight bearing platform for the access floor. Pedestal base has 4 fixing holes.

1. Pedestal Head And Welded Steel Thread 

90mm x 90mm steel flat head pedestal designed to provide a solid base for the panel, positioned as perimeter pedestals. A 18mm x 150mm steel thread rod that is welded  onto the bottom of the pedestal head with an adjustment range of 50mm +/- from the FFH.

2. Locking Nut

Nut has an inbuilt vibration proof locking device, to ensure that once locked the pedestal height is static.

3. Pedestal Tube

Pedestal tube provides rigidity and stability to steel thread rod.

4. Pedestal Base

100m x 100mm pedestal base that provides a solid weight bearing platform for the access floor. Pedestal base has 4 fixing holes.
