Dunedin Chief Post Office refurbishment
2013-07-29ASP Floors NZ have recently completed the installation of a large Raised Access Floor for one of Dunedins most prestige Heritage buildings.
The Former Chief Post Office on Princess St was Built in 1937 and the buildings first 2 floors will be the new head office for Silver Ferns Farms whilst the other 7 floors are to be converted in luxury hotel apartments and Gymnasium.
Engaged by Arrow International on behalf of Distinction Hotels, ASP Floors NZ have installed approximately 4500m2 of the ASP SC Ultra Fix bare panel access floor panels over 3 Floors that will accomodate a mix of carpeted, tiled and wooden floor finishes.
The Raised Access floor plenum allowed for the housing of Electrical / Data / Fire @ HVAC services in adherence to the protection of the Heritage building.
